On this album, BARE BONES, the 5th by Markus, the songs are recorded via laptop and done in an acoustic setting; each of the songs have only one vocal and one acoustic guitar. Unlike the first four albums, BARE BONES is taking songs from Markus's written catalog from between 1989/90 to 2014, with the exception of the title cut and stripped to its bare state on this album; no fancy productions, just an artist and a guitar standing alone delivering the songs.
